Chef Nicky Miscia and the culinary team at Mimo Restaurant and Bar, the flagship restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, are partnering with Chef Jordan Hoffman and Chef Sang Park of the highly anticipated Zuzu for a chef collaboration dinner on Friday, February 21, 2025 as part of Dine Nashville: The Music City Way. Mimo will also celebrate Nashville Restaurant Week with a special prix fixe menu available from Monday, February 24 to Sunday, March 2, 2025.

Mimo Welcomes Zuzu

On February 21, Mimo Restaurant and Bar and Chef Miscia will welcome Chefs Hoffman and Park from the yet-to-open Zuzu for a special one-night-only chef collaboration dinner. The evening will celebrate the flavours of Italy and Asia with a four-course prix fixe menu that includes shareable dishes for the table to enjoy.

The chef collaboration experience begins with Wagyu & Caviar to awaken the palate. The amuse-bouche, made with Crispy Potato Scallion Pavé, Torched Japanese Wagyu Tartar, Avocado and Wasabi Mousse, and White Sturgeon Caviar sets the stage for the culinary journey of flavours to come.

Guests will then enjoy a selection of starters to share, including Japanese Cast Iron Milk Bread with Nori, Brown Sugar and Bacon Furikake, and Honey Kosho Butter; Tempura Walnut Shrimp with Candied Walnut, Korean Chili, and Creamy Honey Kewpie Seaweed Sesame Salad; Yellowtail Sashimi sliced Hamachi-style with Cucumber, Avocado, Pine Nut, Fresno Chili, and Lemon; and Tuna Gnocco Frito with Smoked Bluefin Tuna, Meyer Lemon Spicy Tuna, Ponzu Olive Oil Vinaigrette, and Espelette Pepper.

Highlighting ZuzuÂ’s expertise in sushi, sashimi, and seafood, guests will enjoy a selection of nigiri from the sushi chef, as well as Mimo Duck Rolls (Duck Confit, Apple, Smoked Duck Breast, Crisp Sweet Potato Thread, and Apple Cider Eel Sauce) and Bluefin Tuna Toro Lux (Spanish Bluefin Tuna Akami, Chu Toro, O Toro, Tempura King Crab, Kizami Wasabi, Pickled Radish and Chive, Caviar, and Gold Leaf) to share.

For the main course, each guest will have a selection of their own entrée. Guests can indulge in their choice of Lamb Chops with Red Onion and Mint Salad, Pickled Cucumber, Shishito Pepper, Fingerling Potato, and Miso Anticucho; Caramelized Miso Seabass with Shiro Miso Sake Glaze, Glazed Brussel Sprout, and Pickled Fresno Chili; or Bucatini Nero X Zuzu with Squid Ink Pasta, King Crab, Uni Butter, Garlic, and Fresno Chili.

The multicourse meal concludes on a sweet note with a choice of two exquisite desserts: Japanese Yuzu (Cacao Shell, Vanilla Cake, and Yuzu Jam) or Crostata al Matcha (Matcha Tea, Almond Sablé, Mango and Passion Fruit Sorbet, and Chocolate Crémeux).

“Anytime our culinary team has the opportunity to partner with other chefs, it’s a wonderful and creative experience,” says Mimo Chef Nicky Miscia. “We are looking forward to welcoming Zuzu to the neighbourhood later this year, and we can’t wait to work alongside their talented culinary team to present a wholly original and memorable dining experience to our guests.”

“We are so excited about bringing Zuzu to the Nashville community this year and even more excited about the opportunity to partner with the brilliant team at Mimo to give guests a sneak peek of our offerings,” says Zuzu Chef Jordan Hoffman. “Our team loves dining at Mimo, and we are looking forward to collaborating on this unique event with their team.”

In addition to the prix fixe dinner menu, Mimo Bar will offer guests the opportunity to enjoy the evening’s appetizers and desserts, available a la carte. The experience also includes a Cocktail Lab selection of specialty drinks, curated just for the event, including Japanese Popstar, a refreshing blend of Tito’s Vodka, Passion Fruit, Vanilla Yuzu and Plum Bitters, and the Okinawa Red Light made with Toki Japanese Whisky, Bergamot and Peach House Soda. A sommelier’s selection of wine will be available by the bottle, as well as Japanese and American whiskeys.

Tickets for the Mimo x Zuzu Dinner are USD 125 per person. Reservations can be made through OpenTable or by calling the restaurant at +1 615 610 6990.

Nashville Restaurant Week

In addition to the chef collaboration dinner, Mimo will celebrate Nashville Restaurant Week with a three-course or four-course prix fixe menu. The menu will be available for dinner at Mimo Restaurant and Bar during Dine NashvilleÂ’s annual restaurant week, February 24 to March 2, 2025.

Featuring Tuscan-inspired Italian comfort food, Mimo Restaurant and BarÂ’s Restaurant Week menu will give diners the opportunity to choose from some of the restaurantÂ’s most popular dishes. Guests can choose three courses for USD 55 per person or four courses for USD 70 per person.

The prix fixe meal begins with the Antipasti Course, a choice of three of the restaurantÂ’s most beloved starters: Beef Carpaccio, Delicata Squash Soup, or Fritto Misto (fried calamari and shrimp). For the Primi Course, guests can choose between Paccheri with Italian Sausage, Broccoli Rabe, and Pecorino Romano; Rigatoni with Bolognese Ragu, Tomato, and Aged Parmigiano; or Spaghetti with Tomato San Marzano, Garlic Confit, Basil, and Laudemio Olive Oil. The Secondi course includes a choice of Airline Farm Chicken Breast with Creamy Mashed Potato, Asparagus, and Mushroom Sauce; Grilled Branzino with Artichoke Emulsion, Cherry Tomatoes, Olives, and Basil; or 5 ounce Prime Angus Skirt Steak with Roasted Carrots, Chimichurri, and Gaeta Olives.

The meal ends with a delectable dessert choice of Caffe e Caramello with White Chocolate Mousse, Lavazza Coffee, and Almond Sponge or Rhum Baba with Mojito Sorbet, Passion Fruit Caramel, and Coconut Air.
