Fondue Night at Braidwood Tavern x French’eese

Thanksgiving weekend begins with an indulgent alpine ritual of fondue, as Braidwood Tavern teams up with beloved local fromagerie French’eese for an intimate evening fireside. The three-course menu begins with a croque monsieur amuse-bouche, followed by live raclette with Jamón Ibérico, traditional Savoy cheese fondue served with crusty country bread and house-pickled vegetables, and the Blueberry Bliss Delight—a warm slice of blueberry pie topped with vanilla ice cream.

Fondue Night at Braidwood Tavern will be offered on Friday, October 10 and Thursday, November 27, 2025, from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm, at CAD 115 per person.

Thanksgiving Dinner

With the long weekend underway, Braidwood Tavern invites guests to return for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner inspired by the local harvest. The three-course menu features dishes such as creamy chestnut velouté with black truffle shavings, porcini mushroom and truffle oil turkey roulade, and a pecan pie tart with bourbon caramel and vanilla bean ice cream. A curated wine selection is available to accompany the meal, thoughtfully chosen to enhance the depth and character of each ingredient. Whether enjoyed in the comfort of Braidwood Tavern, requested through In-Room Dining, or served at SIDECUT Steakhouse upon request, the experience captures the warmth and familiarity of a home-cooked holiday meal, brought to life with Braidwood’s signature twist.

Dinner is served from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and is available at CAD 95 per person, with à la carte options also available. Offered October 11 and 12 for Canadian Thanksgiving, and November 28 and 29 for the American holiday.

Turkey On The Fly: A Feast in the Comfort of Guest’s Own Space

Exclusively for Residence Rentals and Signature Suites, Turkey On The Fly brings a full Thanksgiving feast prepared by a Four Seasons chef in the privacy of the guest’s accommodation. Enjoy a perfectly roasted JD Farms free-range turkey with all the traditional accompaniments, finished with a Sortilège maple pumpkin pie.

To ensure availability, please reserve at least two weeks in advance. Serves approximately six guests at CAD 695, plus taxes and gratuities.
