With nearly two decades of hospitality leadership and global expertise, she is set to lead one of Central Europe’s most iconic hotels into its next chapter.

A strategic and guest-focused leader, Julia has spent the last decade with Four Seasons, elevating luxury hospitality across world-class properties. She joined the former Four Seasons Hotel Moscow in 2014 as Director of Sales before transitioning to Director of Marketing in early 2016, where she played a key role in the hotel’s success. Two years later, as Hotel Manager, she oversaw operations during the 2018 FIFA World Cup and led Four Seasons Hotel Moscow to Russia’s first-ever Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award – a testament to exceptional teamwork and her dedicated leadership.

She later brought her expertise to Four Seasons Hotel Doha, where she led a 700-member team, ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments, including 10 acclaimed dining venues such as the world’s largest Nobu and Curiosa by Jean-Georges. Julia arrived in Doha following the 2022 FIFA World Cup as Hotel Manager, stepping into a leadership role at a pivotal moment as the city transitioned from the global spotlight to its next phase as a premier travel destination.

Now at the helm of Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest, Julia leads a Forbes Five-Star property and architectural landmark, committed to preserving and elevating its legacy of grandeur. As Budapest continues to grow as a global destination for culture, gastronomy, and international events – including the World Athletics Championship, Chess Olympiad, and the upcoming UEFA European Championship – her leadership will further enhance the hotel’s guest experience, employee experience, and renowned food and beverage offerings.

Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, Julia’s passion for storytelling and cultural connection first led her to a career in television journalism before she discovered her true calling in luxury hospitality. After excelling in sales and marketing roles with international brands, she joined Four Seasons in 2014, taking on progressive leadership roles across multiple properties and gaining a deep understanding of hotel operations, guest engagement, and service innovation.

With expertise spanning sales, marketing, operations, and team development, Julia is known for her collaborative and forward-thinking leadership style. She champions mentorship and empowerment, cultivating a culture of innovation where every team member is encouraged to push boundaries and redefine excellence.
