Enel S.p.A. (Enel or the Company) informs that in view of the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Company whose term is expiring – put on the ordinary part of the agenda at the Enels Shareholders Meeting convened for May 22nd, 2025 in a single call – upon the expiry of the term for the filing of the slates of candidates for the office of Statutory Auditor of the Company (set at April 28th, 2025), only one slate has been filed by a group of mutual funds and other institutional investors [1], which together own approximately 1.147% of Enels share capital. Such slate is composed as follows:

Therefore, pursuant to art. 144-sexies, paragraph 5, of Consob Regulation n. 11971/1999 (Consob Issuers Regulation):
· the deadline for submitting the slates of candidates for the office of Statutory Auditor of Enel is extended until 5:00 pm of May 2nd, 2025 (which represents the first working day after the deadline provided for by Article 144-sexies, paragraph 5, of Consob Issuers Regulation – i.e. May 1st, 2025 – coinciding the latter with a non-working day); and
· the share ownership threshold required for filing the slates mentioned above is reduced by half and is therefore equal to 0.25% of the share capital.
With regard to the procedures for filing the slates, please refer to the information provided in the notice of call of the Shareholders Meeting and in the explanatory report on the item on the ordinary part of the agenda concerning the election of the Board of Statutory Auditors, available at Enels registered office, on the Companys website (www.enel.com), as well as on the authorized storage mechanism “eMarket STORAGE (www.emarketstorage.it).
The slates filed, together with the relevant accompanying documentation, will be made available to the public with the same modalities indicated above by midnight of May 2nd, 2025.
