DOBOT launches CR10 at the Hannover Messe 2022

DOBOT, one of the leading suppliers of intelligent robot arms, has announced the product launch of the DOBOT CR10 Collaborative Robot in Germany. DOBOT is showcasing the CR10 and CR5 models in rich application choice at the DOBOT booth at the ongoing Hannover Messe.

The AI-controlled lightweight CR Series Collaborative Robot is perfect for industrial use. The CR10 robotic arm has a max reach of 1,525 mm and a payload of 10 kg.

Thus, just like the other models in the CR Series, this robot arm is particularly suitable for collaborative work with humans, as it has a high safety standard and is highly reliable.

The DOBOT SafeSkin technology is an innovative collision detection solution that detects obstacles and prevents humans from a collision.

The DOBOT SafeSkin meets high safety standards, including the EN ISO 13849 and TS 15066. The CR Series is suitable for hazardous work such as welding.

The CR Collaborative Robot Series operates in 6-axis mode and is available in seven different versions, making the robot arms versatile in vast industrial applications.

While the CR3, the smallest cobot, has a max payload of 3 kg and a max reach of 620 mm, the most robust robotic arm, CR16, lifts up to 16 kg and has a max reach of 1,223 mm.

The CR Cobot Series enables exceptional performance. They are easy to set up within 20 minutes and run for an hour. Operating systems control DOBOT CR series robotic arms via smartphones, tablets, or PCs.

Moreover, a multiple automated ecosystem choice is available for the CR Collaborative Robot Series, including grippers, suction cups, smart cameras, and AGVs.

DOBOT presented the CR Collaborative Robot Series at the ongoing Hannover Messe. At the booth, visitors will enjoy the high-efficient performance of the CR5 and its rich choice of applications, such as welding, screwdriving, polishing, and the safe use of the SafeSkin.

At the same time, it is an excellent opportunity to capture the CR10 cobot’s interaction in palletizing.
