Capa Steakhouse at Four Seasons Resort Orlando Achieves Michelin Star Status for Fourth Year in a Row

Crowning the 17th floor of the acclaimed Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, Capa Steakhouse offers an extraordinary fine dining experience, distinguished by its achievement of a one star rating in the Michelin Guide Miami, Orlando and Tampa for four consecutive years. The Five Diamond resort was honoured to serve as the host venue for the 2025 Michelin Guide awards ceremony, where its signature rooftop steakhouse was presented with the esteemed culinary accolade.

Capa, which was featured in the Netflix hit show Somebody Feed Phil in its seventh series released in March 2024, in an episode featuring notable dining spots around greater Orlando, is known by locals and visitors alike for its unique Spanish-influenced concept and stunning atmosphere. Diners delight in delectable prime cuts cooked over a wood-burning grill, fresh Florida seafood, and New Basque inspired small plates, earning it the prestigious “Restaurant from Spain” certification from the Embassy of Spain, which recognizes quality, authentic restaurants in the US that represent traditional Spanish menu items and incorporate authentic products imported from Spain. Capa qualified for certification with 48 percent of its menu consisting of Spanish dishes, such Spanish Iberico ham, charcuterie and cheeses, Marcona almonds, sherry vinegar, and Pimenton de la vera smoked paprika. Capa also carries a wine list with nearly 60 percent of wines from Spain, as well as some Spanish liqueurs, has menu descriptions in Spanish and English and has several Spanish-speaking team members, another important criterion considered.


Additionally, the steakhouse offers a striking ambiance with newly enhanced decor that pays homage to its Spanish influence, including vibrant red Spanish fan ceiling artwork reminiscent of the flaring of a flamenco dancer’s dress. All new seating areas were also added, and the open kitchen was expanded, providing the cooks with more space to create their magic. Another highlight of the restaurant are the stunning views from its two rooftop terraces overlooking lakes, woodlands, and the nightly Walt Disney World fireworks.


Alongside Capa Chef Chris Edwards, the steakhouse boasts a talented team of culinarians including Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi and twice-nominated James Beard Award semi-finalist Executive Pastry Chef Rabii Saber, who both have established Capa’s positioning and overall concept since the Resort’s opening in 2014. The team’s diverse backgrounds and skill sets have helped pave the way for gourmet dining in Central Florida, delivering Michelin-starred cuisine and an unparalleled dining experience.


Ravello Receives Michelin Recommendation


In addition to Capa’s award, the Italian restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Orlando was also recognized by Michelin. Listed as a Michelin Recommended restaurant, Ravello is the sister restaurant to Capa and has been overseen since its inception by Schenardi, who hails from Torino, Italy. Ravello was recognized with “100 Percent Italian Taste Certification” at the Platinum Level, the highest rank, since 2023. Ravello is the first restaurant in the United States to receive this designation, bestowed upon by the Milan, Italy based ITA0039 100% Italian Taste Certification organization, which uses ASACERT assessment and accreditation to inspect, evaluate, and determine the rating.
