Must read

Apotek Hjärtat, Sweden’s largest pharmacy chain, has signed a new partnership with GreyOrange to develop automation solutions for its new 20,000 square meter e-commerce warehouse that will open in September in Norrköping.

Through the partnership, Apotek Hjärtat will take the next step in automating its logistics. The warehouse that supplies pharmacies with goods is already largely automated, but the new collaboration gives Apotek Hjärtat the conditions to continue to improve customer experience through faster and smoother deliveries.

Eric Lundberg, CEO of Apotek Hjärtat, says: “Through the collaboration, we continue to automate our logistics flows and thereby lay the foundation for the next generation of e-commerce offering.

“We have chosen GreyOrange because it is an innovative and exciting company that is at the forefront of technology and that is exactly where we want to be to give our customers a world-class customer experience. The solution that we will look at will be the first in the Nordic region.”

Founded in 2011, GreyOrange is a global technology company specializing in AI-powered software and mobile robotics that modernizes and optimizes inventory management. GreyOrange already has cooperation agreements with global retail companies in North America, among other places.

Samay Kohli, CEO GreyOrange, says: “We are proud to collaborate with another of Europe’s leading companies. Apotek Hjärtat is already successful, but with GreyOrange’s automation solution, even better conditions are created for growth in the long run.

“Our solution is well prepared for the challenge of living up to Apotek Hjärtat’s high-set quality goals and it will help Apotek Hjärtat increase efficiency.”
